Transform your procedures into training
Start from the policies, manuals and lesson plans you already have. AI can draft a single course, or transform a whole manual into a full set of courses with lessons and quizzes. You review and edit everything, nothing reaches your people until you publish it, and you can rebuild it any time the way you work changes.
Assign & track
Assign single courses or whole curricula to everyone, or by role, site or person, with due dates that can count from each person's start date. See who's current, overdue, or hasn't started, across the whole organization or by team, and managers see the status of their own people.
Certificates & proof
Courses can require a passing score, and the learner's signature, before they count as done. Certificates issue automatically, signed by your instructor and your company, and you can download a person's training transcript or export everyone's records whenever a client or auditor asks for them.
Keep training current
Set how often each course or curriculum has to be renewed. Automatic reminders and manager escalation help you follow up with anyone who falls behind. When a procedure changes, update the course or swap in a new version, and everyone assigned to it gets the new version.
Live classes
Teach it yourself, in person or online. Schedule the class and everyone booked gets a calendar invite. During the class, send quick check questions to everyone's screen, so you know they're there and paying attention, not just logged in. They sign at the end, attendance is recorded from the class itself, and online classes can be recorded and kept in the Library to watch again.
Learning, even offline
The iPhone and Android apps put each person's courses, certificates and live classes in their pocket, with an inbox and notifications to keep them up to date on their training. They can do their role-plays right in the app, typing or talking live, and download a course to finish it with no signal.
Role-play built into your courses
Add a role-play to any course, like calming an angry customer or asking a trespasser to leave. Learners hold the conversation with an AI character by typing, recording their answer, or talking live. The AI then acts as their coach: it scores them against the checklist you set, shows what they did well and what they missed, and gives them tips to do better next time. A passing role-play can be required before the final test, learners can practise privately as often as they like, and managers see every result in Reports.
Help while they learn
An AI study tutor answers people's questions about the course as they work through it. For courses where answers must come from a qualified person, questions go to your trainer instead. Courses can also be translated, so people can learn in their own language.
