Your records are yours
We hold your training records. We don't own them. You can export everything as a single file, any time, as many times as you like: every completion, every certificate, every trainer and provider detail an inspector asks for. There is no export fee, no retrieval fee, and no charge to get your data out when you leave. We never delete a customer's training records on a timer.
If you cancel: your first 12 months of record retention are free, and you can download the full file at any point during them. After that, if you'd rather we keep holding your records than keep a copy yourself, retention is 20% of your last annual subscription, with a minimum of $290 a year, and your Super Admin keeps signing in to export whenever they need to. Reopening your account is free, and any unused retention you've paid comes off your first invoice back.
Retention is optional. Most regulated employers are required to keep training records for years after someone leaves, so this exists to keep that obligation from becoming your problem the day you switch systems.
Billed monthly. You are charged for the people switched on in your account. Switch someone off and the charge stops from your next bill; their training records stay, whether they are switched on or not. AI credits cover the AI features: drafting courses and quizzes, images, translation, the learner tutor, and transcribing uploaded video or audio at about 6 credits a minute. Included credits reset each month. Enterprise is custom-quoted.
